SPARC remembers every conversation, goal update, and class attended. The AI in week 8 knows infinitely more than the AI on day one. It doesn't wait to be asked; it notices attendance slippage, surfaces relevant events, suggests counselor appointments, and drives students to human support when decisions are required. Every interaction is enriched with courses, GPA, attendance, degree plan, and behavioral patterns.
Safety & scope
Crisis language triggers immediate crisis resources and conversation termination; it never reaches the LLM. Non-educational topics are deflected. Academic integrity is enforced: no papers, homework, or test answers. Scope boundaries keep the student focused on success.
Value for institutional leadership
